Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager

Pay:
Up to $42 per hour

As an RN Unit Manager at Bishop Drumm Retirement Center, youll help shape the care residents receive each day while providing guidance and clinical support to your nursing team. Youll partner with the Director of Nursing to oversee clinical operations, maintain standards of care, and build strong communication with residents, families, and staff.

What Youll Do
Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain nursing objectives and standards of care.
Supervise and support nursing staff, conduct daily rounds, and address clinical needs.
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with nursing policies and procedures.
Participate in resident care conferences and maintain open communication with residents, families, and staff.
Serve as a clinical resource and mentor, supporting your teams professional growth and positive change.
What Youll Bring
Required qualifications:
Current Iowa RN license
CPR certification
At least 1 year of recent clinical experience in geriatric nursing
Preferred experience:
Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience
