Job description
St. David’s Medical Center in Austin, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Intermediate Care Unit. The RN will provide evidence-based care to moderately complex, high-acuity patients, including continuous assessment, medication administration, and coordination of interdisciplinary care plans. Responsibilities include monitoring cardiac and telemetry patients, managing IV drips, educating patients and families, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The nurse will collaborate closely with physicians and allied staff, precept new team members, and participate in ongoing education to support clinical excellence and patient-centered outcomes.
