Job description
Columbine Manor Care Center in Salida, CO seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care to long-term and short-stay residents. The RN will complete assessments, develop and update individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, monitor changes in condition, and coordinate with physicians, therapists, and families. You will support CNAs, ensure regulatory and infection-control compliance, document accurately in the medical record, and participate in care conferences.
