Job description
Methodist Healthcare in San Antonio seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse II to provide evidence-based care on our acute care units. The RN II assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care, coordinates with an interdisciplinary team, and serves as a clinical resource and preceptor for junior staff.
