Job description
Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) and make a meaningful impact on patient care, especially in underserved communities, through travel staffing opportunities.
Role & Responsibilities
Utilize the nursing process—including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver personalized nursing care. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians, to develop and evaluate care plans. Provide care across all phases—from prevention and health maintenance to diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Responsibilities include patient assessment, education, triage, and implementing various nursing interventions. Operate within the scope of practice outlined by state regulations and adhere to professional standards and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Hold an unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure.
Minimum of one year of nursing experience, including at least six months of travel experience.
Reside at least 60 miles from the assigned facility.
Maintain required competencies and certifications.
Key Duties
Provide comprehensive nursing care in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams.
Engage in patient education and health promotion.
Follow established standards, policies, and ethical practices.
