Job description
Surgical/Trauma ICU Nurse Position
Unit Description
The Surgical/Trauma ICU is a fast-paced, 15-bed intensive care unit within a level 1 facility, specializing in adult surgical and trauma critical care patients.
Assignment Details
Duration: 13 weeks
Block scheduling cannot be accommodated or guaranteed
Available hours: 36 or 48 hours per week
Shift and Scheduling
Night shift
Every other weekend required
Must work 2 out of 3 winter holidays
Up to 40 hours can be approved for time off
Requirements
BLS and ACLS certification required
Must comply with the facility’s float policy
VA license pending submissions accepted
Experience with Epic electronic health record system required
