Job description
Elm Wood Center, a Genesis HealthCare skilled nursing and rehab facility in West Warwick, RI, is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver resident-centered care. The RN will complete assessments, develop and update care plans, administer medications and treatments, and monitor clinical status to support recovery and long-term wellness. You’ll collaborate closely with CNAs, therapists, physicians, and families, ensuring dignity, safety, and comfort.
