Job description
Brightwood Center-WV, a Genesis HealthCare skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Follansbee, WV, seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care for short-term rehab and long-term residents. In this on-site role, you’ll deliver direct bedside nursing, administer medications and treatments, perform assessments, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and follow individualized care plans. You’ll educate residents and families, support CNAs, and uphold infection control, safety, and documentation standards.
