Job description
Bethesda Health seeks a compassionate Clinical Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, person-centered care to seniors across skilled nursing and rehab settings. The RN will perform assessments, administer medications and treatments, coordinate individualized care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote safety, comfort, and optimal outcomes. Responsibilities include educating residents and families, documenting in the EHR, supporting spiritual and emotional needs in a faith-based environment, mentoring CNAs, and participating in quality and infection control initiatives.
