Job description
Manchester Memorial Hospital seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in our acute-care setting. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, medication administration, care planning, and timely EHR documentation. The RN will collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, evidence-based, patient-centered care. You’ll educate patients and families, support discharge planning, and uphold infection control and quality standards in a community-focused, supportive environment that values teamwork, professional growth, and continuous learning.
