Job description
This role involves utilizing the nursing process to provide patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care delivered by team members. It includes coordinating patient care with other departments, maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, and performing duties aligned with mission, values, and standards.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
The position requires a nursing degree (Associate’s, Diploma, or BSN)
A valid RN license
Certifications such as BLS, ACLS, and American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card
Experience of at least 1 year is preferred, with a sign-on bonus available for full‑time RNs
Must meet state licensing requirements and obtain or maintain necessary certifications within specified periods
