Supervise nursing staff and ensure top-notch patient care
Uphold healthcare protocols and facility policies with finesse
Support and train our amazing nursing crew

Handle emergencies like a superhero
Keep patient records shipshape and communicate like a champ
Registered Nurse Supervisor Qualifications:
RN license in New Jersey
Experience as a Nurse Supervisor or similar role
Leadership skills
Know-how in long-term care regulations and standards
