Job description
Steuben Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Bath, NY is seeking an Evening or Overnight RN Supervisor to lead clinical care on our skilled nursing units. In this resident-focused, team-oriented environment, you will oversee nursing staff, coordinate care, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance for short-term rehab and long-term care residents. Responsibilities include assessments, care plan oversight, medication and treatment management, responding to changes in condition, and guiding CNAs and nurses. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and access training and growth opportunities within the Centers Health Care network.
