As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will lead our dedicated team of nurses in providing exceptional care to our residents in a state-of-the-art skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring that all care is delivered in a timely and efficient manner
Manage a team of nurses, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high-quality care
Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
Collaborate with other departments, including social services, dining, and activities, to ensure a comprehensive approach to care
Develop and implement personalized care plans for each resident, incorporating their unique needs and preferences
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and industry standards
Participate in on-call rotation, providing 24/7 support to residents and their families
Requirements:
Current RN licensure in the state of Rhode Island
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and caregivers
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and safety
