As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional patient care and leading a team of healthcare professionals.
As a Registered Nurse Supervisor at East Ridge Nursing and Rehab, you will be responsible for:
Supervising a team of Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses in providing high-quality patient care
Conducting assessments, developing, and implementing individualized care plans for patients
Coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care
Identifying and addressing any quality of care issues or concerns
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports
Participating in performance improvement activities and quality initiatives
