Job description
ArchCare seeks an RN Supervisor to oversee all shifts in our continuing care community. In this leadership role, you will coordinate and supervise nursing staff, ensure high-quality, person-centered care, and support safe, compassionate services for seniors and individuals with complex medical and social needs. Responsibilities include clinical oversight, care planning, medication management, staffing, mentoring, and compliance with regulatory and Catholic, mission-driven standards. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families, promote a respectful, faith-based environment, and help drive continuous quality improvement across care settings.
