REGISTERED NURSE SUPERVISOR (RN) - Highland Springs, VA
Are you a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse looking for a new opportunity to grow and develop your skills? We are seeking a motivated and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our long-term care team at Highland Springs Post Acute in Highland Springs, Virginia.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned units
Oversee implementation of resident care plans
Conduct regular nursing unit rounds
Ensure proper documentation of incidents, and clinical updates
Promote a team-oriented environment focused on quality and compliance
Assist in coordinating care services to maintain a safe and comfortable environment
Requirements:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Virginia
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience
Previous Supervisor experience
