Job description
Merry Wood Lodge Center, a Genesis HealthCare skilled nursing and rehab facility in Butler, AL, seeks a Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead and support our nursing team. In this role, you’ll oversee resident care, coordinate interdisciplinary care plans, and provide direct clinical support while ensuring regulatory compliance and quality standards. You’ll mentor nurses and CNAs, support professional growth, and foster a compassionate, patient-centered environment that promotes dignity, comfort, and independence for residents in our post-acute and long-term care programs.
