Pembroke Center is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead clinical care on-site. In this role, you’ll oversee nursing staff, coordinate daily patient care, and ensure adherence to clinical and regulatory standards. You will perform assessments, administer medications and treatments, and guide care planning while mentoring and supporting the nursing team. The RN Supervisor collaborates closely with providers, patients, and families, promotes a safe environment, and participates in quality improvement initiatives.
