Job description
Putnam Care Center, part of Genesis HealthCare, seeks a Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead clinical care on our skilled nursing units. The RN Supervisor coordinates and oversees nursing staff, ensures high standards of patient-centered care, and supports short-term rehab and long-term residents. Responsibilities include supervising RNs, LPNs, and CNAs; managing care plans; monitoring clinical quality and regulatory compliance; and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
