Job description
Cottage of the Shoals, a Genesis HealthCare center, seeks a Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead and support nursing staff in a skilled nursing and rehab setting. The RN Supervisor coordinates resident care, oversees clinical workflows, and ensures high-quality, person-centered services. Responsibilities include supervising LPNs and CNAs, managing care plans, monitoring clinical outcomes, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role fosters collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, mentors staff, supports training and development, and promotes a culture of safety, dignity, and compassionate care for seniors and medically complex residents.
