Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse Manager to lead our nursing team in delivering high-quality patient care. Responsibilities
Supervise and manage nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.

Oversee medication administration, including IV insertion

Address any issues related to paitent care, ensuring appropriate treatment and support for patients.
Experience
A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a healthcare setting is preferred.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Experience in medical documentation practices is necessary for maintaining compliance standards.
