Job description
Role:
Registered Nurse in the Surgical Progressive Care Unit.
Responsibilities
Provide compassionate post-surgical patient care with close monitoring.
Administer medications and coordinate treatment plans.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safety and quality outcomes.
Educate patients regarding their care and recovery.
Participate in quality initiatives and clinical skill development.
Qualifications & Skills
Current RN licensure.
Strong patient care and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous learning.
Key Duties:
Monitoring post-surgical patients, medication administration, treatment coordination, team collaboration, and patient education in a supportive, growth-oriented setting.
