Job Description:

Other duties as assigned. Manages budgets and resources efficiently to meet financial and operational goals.
Conducts regular staff meetings to communicate updates, address concerns and provide guidance.
Assists in developing, implementing, and evaluating ongoing service programs to ensure quality nursing and patient care.
Fosters a culture of psychological safety, where the team members feel supported, valued, empowered to speak up, share concerns, and contribute meaningfully.
Promotes evidence-based practice, ensuring quality outcomes, and fostering a culture of safety, compassion, and continuous learning.
Provides ongoing education and training to nursing staff to maintain high competency levels.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Peripheral Intravenous Access Validation (Required)
PICC Validation (Required)
Port Validation (Required)
Excellent organization and interpersonal communication skills (Required)
Education:
Associate's of Nursing (Required)
Bachelor's of Nursing (Preferred)
Work Experience:
1+ in acute hospital care setting (Preferred}
1+ in vascular access (Preferred)
Licenses and Certifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) (Required)
BLS, ACLS, & NIHSS (Required)
Certified RN Infusion (CRNI) (Preferred)
Pay Range:
$33.08 - $58.04
Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
Certain positions are subject to Florida Level 2 background screening , including fingerprinting, as required by state law.
