Job description
Novant Health is seeking a Registered Nurse Team Lead to coordinate and deliver exceptional patient-centered care on our nursing unit. In this role, you will provide direct bedside nursing, oversee daily team workflow, support admissions and discharges, and ensure adherence to clinical protocols and quality standards.
