About This Role
The Registered Nurse in the Telemetry Float Pool at Hackensack Meridian Health provides individualized patient care based on evidence-based practices and collaborates with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Schedule: Full-time, Night shift
What You'll Do
Deliver nursing practices according to evidence-based research and standards of care.
Communicate ongoing patient status and treatment plans with healthcare team members.
Administer medications using advanced bar-scanning and documentation technologies.
Document patient assessments, plans of care, interventions, and evaluations electronically.
Provide patient and family-centered education to optimize health and wellness.
Participate in multi-disciplinary discharging of patients for safe transitions.
Requirements
Education: BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three (3) years of hire
Experience: 2 years of med/surg telemetry nursing experience required
Licenses & Certifications: Current and valid New Jersey Nursing license required
BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association required within 60 days of hire
