About This Role
The Registered Nurse in the Telemetry Float Pool at Hackensack Meridian Health provides individualized patient care based on evidence-based practices and collaborates with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This part‑time night position is ideal for nurses who thrive in dynamic environments and are committed to delivering high‑quality care.

What You’ll Do
Deliver nursing practices according to evidence‑based research and standards of care.
Communicate ongoing patient status and treatment plans with healthcare team members.
Administer medications using advanced bar‑scanning and documentation technologies.
Document patient assessments, plans of care, interventions, and evaluations electronically.
Provide patient and family‑centered education to optimize health and wellness.
Participate in multi‑disciplinary discharging of patients for safe transitions.
Requirements
Education: BSN in progress and/or willingness to acquire within three (3) years of hire
Experience: 1 year of med/surg telemetry nursing experience required
Licenses & Certifications:
Current and valid New Jersey Nursing license is required
BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association required within 60 days of hire
