Job description
Methodist Healthcare in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Telemetry unit. In this role, you will provide evidence-based nursing care to adult patients requiring continuous cardiac and hemodynamic monitoring. Responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, interpreting cardiac rhythms, administering medications, coordinating care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and educating patients and families. RNs also support quality and safety initiatives, document accurately in the EMR, precept new staff when needed, and contribute to our mission-driven, compassionate, and collaborative care environment.
