Opportunity Overview

We have an immediate opening for a full-time Registered Nurse - Third Party Case Manager to join our team at Reproductive Science Center of the San Francisco Bay Area in San Ramon, California.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, one weekend per month and two to three holidays per year

Compensation: $65 to $70 per hour (commensurate with experience)

In this role, the Registered Nurse - Third Party Case Manager will:

Identifies patient care requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual patients and other persons in a position to understand care requirements

Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and patients’ families

Counsels patients on initial visits regarding ART and infertility treatment and coordinates treatment

Assists with coordination of recipient/donor treatment plans in conjunction with clinical protocols

Assists with coordination of some surrogate and embryo donation treatment plans in conjunction with clinical protocols

Communicates physician orders and instructions

Communicates laboratory results with appropriate interpretation and explanation

Responsible for monitoring of post-treatment follow-up

Assists the physician to resolve patient problems and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies

What You’ll Bring

Qualifications and Skills Include:

RN (2 year degree program) or LPN required

Minimum of 2 years of related work experience; healthcare experience preferred

Current state RN or LPN license without limitations required

Minimum 3 years’ experience in women’s health care required and minimum 1 year IVF experience preferred

Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations

Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy along with a patient orientation
