Job description
Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Fitchburg is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our rehabilitation team. You will supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, and tailor care plans while addressing patient concerns to ensure exceptional outcomes.
Collaborate with multiple departments to coordinate care and support patients along their recovery journey. A valid RN license and CPR are required, with ACLS and CRRN preferred; one year of rehab hospital experience is favored.
