Job description
Methodist Healthcare in San Antonio seeks a Registered Nurse Transplant Coordinator to guide patients through the transplant journey. In this mission-driven, team-based role, you’ll manage pre- and post-transplant care, coordinate evaluations, testing, listing, and follow-up, and serve as a key liaison among patients, families, surgeons, and multidisciplinary providers. You’ll monitor clinical status, reinforce education on medications and self-care, support regulatory and UNOS compliance, and contribute to quality initiatives while advancing your career within a leading regional health system.
