Job description
UT Health East Texas is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Trauma Intermediate Care unit in Tyler, TX. In this fast-paced setting, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to trauma and step-down patients, performing comprehensive assessments, administering medications, monitoring telemetry, and responding quickly to changes in condition. You will collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and maintain accurate EHR documentation.
