Job description
TriStar Health seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse for our Trauma MedSurg unit. This role provides high-quality, evidence-based care to adult patients with complex medical and surgical needs. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, medication and IV administration, wound and post-op care, telemetry monitoring, and accurate EHR documentation.
