Job description
Position: Registered Nurse providing patient-centered care during hospital stays, assessing, managing, and coordinating nursing activities.
Responsibilities include: Conducting comprehensive assessments, developing and evaluating individualized care plans, administering medications, documenting care, and collaborating with healthcare team members.
Key duties: Providing specialized and age-appropriate care, managing pain and restraint use, recognizing patient risks, and ensuring safety and infection control standards.
Qualifications: Valid RN license in the relevant state, BLS certification, and adherence to professional standards.
Skills needed: Strong clinical judgment, communication, teamwork, adaptability, and commitment to quality improvement.
