What You'll Do
As a Behavioral Health RN, you'll provide compassionate nursing care while helping patients navigate treatment, stabilization, and recovery.
Responsibilities include:

Provide nursing care and detox services to patients
-
Complete nursing assessments and assist in developing individualized care plans

Perform and document risk assessments
-
Administer medications and monitor patient response to treatment

Maintain accurate and timely patient records and clinical documentation
-
Help maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and staff

Monitor patients for changes in physical or behavioral health status
-
Collaborate with behavioral health professionals and other members of the clinical team

Connect patients with appropriate services and resources within the community

Provide patient education and support throughout treatment

Promote a compassionate, respectful, and recovery-focused environment
What We're Looking For

Current Arizona RN license or qualifying Compact RN license

Ability to work 12-hour shifts

Strong communication and clinical judgment skills

Compassion for individuals experiencing behavioral health, substance-use, and crisis-related needs

Commitment to providing safe, respectful, patient-centered care

Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

New graduate through seasoned RNs are encouraged to apply
Behavioral health experience is valuable, but nurses who are passionate about this population and interested in expanding their clinical experience are encouraged to apply.

Pay Details: $42.00 to $65.00 per hour
