Job description
The Palace Care Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in New Jersey to oversee a unit, administer medications, and document care under supervision. You will help with assessments, plan of care, and supervision of CNAs while maintaining standards of care.
Responsibilities include accurate documentation, effective communication using SBAR, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure resident safety and quality care.
