Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. You will assess, plan, and implement nursing care for patients recovering from strokes, brain and spinal cord injuries, orthopedic conditions, and complex medical illnesses. Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, monitor progress, and document accurately.
