Job description
Memorial Satilla Health seeks a Clinical RN Coordinator to support high-quality, patient-centered care in our acute care hospital. This role combines direct bedside nursing with coordination of patient care activities, serving as a clinical resource for staff, physicians, patients, and families. The RN Coordinator oversees care planning, monitors patient progress, supports safe discharges, and ensures compliance with clinical standards and documentation. Working in our collaborative, patient-first culture, you’ll help drive clinical excellence, mentor team members, and contribute to quality and performance improvement initiatives.
