About the Role:
As a Nurse Supervisor, you’re not just managing a shift—you’re orchestrating a symphony of care. You’ll mentor dedicated nursing staff, keep clinical operations humming, and be the calm in the storm when challenges arise. Whether you’re reviewing care plans, solving puzzles with your clinical team, or comforting a family, you’ll lead with empathy and excellence.

Support and guide our amazing CNAs, LPNs, and RNs
Help shape a culture where residents feel seen, heard, and loved
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and leadership to ensure top-tier care

Who You Are:
A licensed RN in PA with a few years of clinical leadership under your belt
Must have at least one year of experience supervising in a long-term care environment
A coach, a collaborator, and a problem-solver (with a good sense of humor, too)
Confident in skilled nursing, rehab, or long-term care settings
Organized like a wedding planner, calm like a yoga instructor, and smart like a trivia champion
