Job description
Novant Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Medical Surgical Telemetry unit. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care for adult med-surg and telemetry patients, performing comprehensive assessments, continuous cardiac monitoring, and safe medication administration. You will coordinate care with a collaborative interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, support discharge planning, and uphold safety, quality, and evidence-based practice standards in a fast-paced acute care environment.
