About the Role:
We're seeking talented Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our dynamic team at The Grove at Carvalho in Fall River, Massachusetts. As a nurse in our facility, you'll play a vital role in delivering patient-centered care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality patient care to our residents, including assessments, interventions, and evaluations
