Summit Home Healthcare is expanding its Cape Cod Care Operations Team. We are seeking dedicated, compassionate, and skilled professionals to support our rapidly growing senior care programs.

Clinical Specialist Cross-Training Program
Interested in senior care but do not have previous healthcare experience? You may still qualify.
Summit’s individualized Clinical Specialist Cross-Training Program is designed for established professionals seeking a career change into senior care. Candidates with at least five years of direct, client-facing professional experience may be eligible for this structured, hands-on training pathway.
