Job description
Encompass Health is seeking a Registered Pharmacist to support safe, effective medication therapy for patients in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. You will verify and dispense medications, perform clinical medication reviews, monitor for interactions, adjust dosing per protocols, and provide bedside counseling. Partner closely with physicians, nurses, and therapists on individualized care plans, contribute to quality and safety initiatives, and help educate staff.
