Overview
nAnsible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is currently seeking Registered Pharmacists (RPH) to support a U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) facilities located at 3209 Elam Farms Parkway, Murfreesboro, TN 37127 and 181 Sam Jared Dr, Murfreesboro, TN 37130. Pharmacists support the CMOP mission by preparing prescriptions and packages in an accurate, timely, and cost-effective manner, without disruption in services or production. Full-time positions with competitive packages are available.

nResponsibilities
nnnProvides pharmaceutical verification of prescription orders of legend, OTC, Medical Surgical (Med/Surg), and Controlled Substances to patients requiring care.
n
nnAssesses drug orders and cross matches with medication presented at checking stations.
n
nnPre-verifies medications loaded into highly specialized mechanical apparatus to dispense medications into prescription bottles.
n
nnCompletes verification and fill of controlled substance orders, including Schedules III, IV, and V.
n
nnPerforms Quality Assurance functions and supervision of Pharmacy Technicians.
n
nnFollows CMOP policies regarding documentation and reports to meet VA and TJC policy.
n
nnNotes any unusual doses, wrong drug, wrong strength, or drug mix up, and reports the information in accordance with local CMOP policies.
n
nnProvides full checking, labeling, and quality assurance within the guidance (written VHA handbooks, written CMOP policies, and training that will be provided by the CMOP) of the Department of Veterans Affairs regarding pharmaceutical medications.
n
nnCompounds and dispenses medications within corporate and regulatory guidelines for controlled substances.
n
n nQualifications
nnnLicensed in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia.
n
nnMust be a graduate of an American Council on Pharmaceutical Education (ACPE) accredited school or university. Pharmacists who are licensed but have been subjected to disciplinary action of any type by their licensing authority within the preceding five years, must be referred to CMOP management before proceeding with the hiring action.
n
nnMust be licensed for controlled substances, with qualifications to practice in any states.
n
nnMust demonstrate effective interpersonal communication skills with co-workers and staff.
n
nnMaintains basic typing skills, PC computer skills, and working knowledge of MS Office.
n
nnMust read, understand, speak, and write English fluently under the authority of U.S.C. 7402(d) and 7407(d).
n
nnAble to pass VetPro certification, which is a credentialing system that is required of all VHA licensed, registered, and certified health care providers.
n
nnAble to sit/stand for long periods of time (8-10 hours), and lift totes weighing up to 30 pounds repetitively.
n
n nAll candidates must be able to:
nnnSit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shift
n
nnLift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist
n
nnLift up to 20 lbs
n
nnCarry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance
n
nnPush/pull with 30 lbs of force
n
