nHow you’ll make an impact in this role
nnnDevelop tailored care plans: Evaluate patients with respiratory insufficiencies to establish comprehensive, diagnosis-based treatment strategies.

nnDeliver advanced respiratory care: Administer complex care modalities, manage specialized equipment and monitor real-time patient conditions to maximize recovery outcomes.
n
nnOptimize clinical effectiveness: Continuously assess medication responses and treatment performance to adjust care plans based on individual patient progress.
n
nnEmpower patients and families: Educate patients and caregivers on managing their conditions while connecting them with vital community support programs.
n
nnLead emergency resuscitation: Respond swiftly to life-threatening resuscitation codes as a key member of the urgent response team.
n
n nWhat minimum requirements you’ll need
nLicensure / Certification / Registration:
nnnBLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
n
nnRespiratory Care Practitioner credentialed from the Texas Respiratory Care Practitioners Certification Program obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Respiratory Care Practitioner provisional/temporary license will be accepted until license is issued.
n
nnRespiratory Therapist specializing in Registered credentialed from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
n
n nEducation:
nnHigh School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
