A community healthcare facility outside Helena, Montana is seeking a full-time Registered Respiratory Therapist to join its team.
Pay: $32.00 - $43.20 / hourly
Registered Respiratory Therapist Opportunity:
Full-time, permanent, direct-hire position
Day and night shift opportunities available
$20, 000 retention bonus

Registered Respiratory Therapist Responsibilities: Manage ventilators, administer respiratory treatments, and perform diagnostic testing
Assess patient response to therapy and modify treatment plans as appropriate
Operate respiratory care equipment and monitor patient progress
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to provide respiratory care services
Registered Respiratory Therapist Qualifications: Previous experience as a Respiratory Therapist required
Must have or be eligible to obtain BLS certification upon hire
Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
