Job Summary and Responsibilities
nSunday - Saturday (7p - 7a) X 2 days
nAs a Respiratory Therapist, you will join an established team of RTs who share your passion for delivering highly specialized cardiopulmonary care to patients experiencing breathing issues. You'll be instrumental in providing a range of treatments from breathing techniques and nebulizer treatments to ventilator management, oxygen therapies, and external ventilation support.
nEvery day you will apply your keen assessment skills and critical thinking to manage diverse patient needs, develop and execute effective care plans, and ensure calm, focused intervention in both routine and emergent situations.
nTo be successful in this role, you will demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, unwavering calm under pressure, and the ability to anticipate outcomes. Your dedication to patient well-being and exceptional problem-solving abilities will drive success in this vital role.
nnnEvaluating patient and recommends a treatment plan.
n
nnProvides respiratory care to patients with critical and complex medical/ surgical conditions.
n
nnPerforming/assisting insertion and removal of endotracheal tubes.
n
nnPerforming timely and accurate documentation with the idea of real time charting.
n
nnPromoting continuous quality improvement.
n
nnEducating and counseling patients, family members, and caregivers.
n

nRequired
nnnAssociates Of Science Graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy education program., upon hire and
n
nnSix (6) totwelve (12)months'experience inRespiratoryCare or otherrelated field
n
nnRespiratory Care Practitioner: TN, upon hire and
n
nnRegistered Respiratory Therapist, within 12 - months and
n
nnBasic Life Support - CPR, upon hire and
n
nnAdvanced Cardiac Life Support, within 30 Days and
n
nnPediatric Advanced Life Support, within 30 Days
