Schedule/Hours:
Contract role (details provided during interview process)
Required Qualifications: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential-only RRTs will be considered
Active respiratory therapy license
Current BLS and ACLS certifications (as required by state)
Experience providing comprehensive respiratory care in a high-acuity hospital setting preferred
Strong critical thinking and communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
Commitment to delivering safe, compassionate, high-quality care
Key Responsibilities: Administer and monitor advanced ventilator and respiratory support to acute and critically ill patients
Conduct thorough patient assessments, documenting findings and adjusting therapy plans in response to evolving conditions
Educate patients and families regarding disease processes, respiratory treatments, and equipment management
Respond promptly to emergency situations including airway and resuscitation interventions
Participate actively in interdisciplinary rounds and contribute to care planning
Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, safety guidelines, and evidence-based practices
Support a positive, patient-focused environment by upholding hospital values

$2,057 - $2,176/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
