Job description

This full-time contract position is open to Registered Respiratory Therapists as well as Certified Respiratory Therapists, with a primary focus on generalist respiratory care. Schedule and Contract Details:
Night shifts
8+ week contract assignment
Qualifications: Active RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) or CRT (Certified Respiratory Therapist) credentials
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Generalist respiratory therapy experience preferred
Experience with GE equipment highly desirable
Commitment to excellence in patient care and strong clinical skills
Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive respiratory care, including assessment, planning, and implementation of therapy for patients with diverse needs
Operate and maintain respiratory equipment safely and accurately
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to deliver high-quality patient care
Document treatments and outcomes according to facility protocols and regulatory requirements
Respond efficiently to emergency situations and changes in patient condition on night shifts
