Job description
Deliver quality patient care as a skilled respiratory care professional in a dynamic healthcare environment. Key Qualifications:
Current credential as a Respiratory Therapist or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
Valid state license to practice respiratory therapy
Demonstrated proficiency in respiratory interventions, assessments, and therapeutic protocols
Solid understanding of ventilator management, bronchial hygiene, and airway care
Ability to communicate effectively with physicians, nursing staff, patients, and families
Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and safety
Prior experience in an acute care, critical care, or hospital environment strongly preferred
Responsibilities: Assess, plan, and implement respiratory therapy treatments in accordance with physician directives and facility standards
Monitor patients' respiratory status and adjust care plans based on ongoing assessment and response to therapy
Operate and maintain equipment for ventilation, oxygen delivery, aerosol therapy, and airway management
Accurately document all treatments, assessments, and patient education in the medical record
Educate patients and families regarding respiratory care procedures and disease management
Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain aseptic techniques and adhere to infection control policies at all times

$2,154 - $2,278/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
